10/2017: WORST App EVER! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REMOVE & REINSTALL THE SAME F-ING APPLICATION? SIGNIFICANT LATENCY problems: picture freezes & audio is delayed, OR sound goes completely out! FREQUENT error messages: "Sorry something went wrong"& I have to reinitialize the app. I’m watching from HOME not from a phone. Couldn't even watch LOCAL NEWS! No problems w/ ANY other channel! There’s NO way in HELL I’d EVER pay an ADDITIONAL FEE to use this in the future!

This app sucks. It doesn't allow almost any good downloads and takes forever. Previous version was great. Bye bye Comcast

This app is poorly designed. Among other things, it keeps telling me that I can't watch certain shows, when I should be able to, and it is apparently not possible to resume a show -- just makes you restart the thing over. Typical terrible customer experience. Old app was way better. You suck, xfinity, and you will definitely go out of business soon treating your customers this way in this day and age. And you will deserve to.

I will add my displeasure with this app to all of the other postings. Absolutely awful. Crashes constantly... especially after ads. C'mon Comcast!!

Absolutely WORTHLESS now. Why the F*** would I have to be home to watch a majority of the shows on my MOBILE device ? I'm not under contract if they don't fix within 60days or compensate my bill I'm done with them. This app was the one thing they had going, well not now.

It is terrible! It is constantly freezing and difficult to find the content you are looking for. The previous app was so much better.

Xfinity completely changed the app calling it a new entertainment experience...please, they should have called it another way to rip off its customers.. Now when you are away from home, you can't watch anything. You keep getting the "in-home only" message. I travel with my job and pay Comcast a lot of money for the same repeated shows and now I have to wait to return home to be entertained. You got to be kidding me. Your service is horrible!!!!!

Way too many adds its so annoying

Wanting to watch live tv and keep getting error code " video access issue 410- sorry, weve expirenced some issues playing your video. " How come ESPN plays just fine but HLN or any other channel doesnt??

Consistently gets error messages when watching videos. The app will shut it down then when you restart you get to watch 5-7 minutes of advertisements before you can watch about 5 more minutes of programming. So keep that in mind when planning to watch anything on this app.

Xfinity App is terrible at streaming. It freezes, sometimes errors out... I cannot watch a full episode without it freezing up as if it cannot continue streaming. I know its not my connection because I tested other apps; i can watch Amazon movies, Youtube Videos, or Netflix without any freezing at all.... Only Xfinity.. Its like they do not gave the capability ti provide quality service with this App.

I have been using this for a year now and it has worked perfectly! but now it wont let me watch any of my shows because they r "locked" even though I have the subscription on my xfinity account

I downloaded this app while on vacation and it was amazing! It worked so well and had a PERFECT picture quality, never buffered, and I didnt mind the commercials. But as of late, the app continues to crash repeatedly and play commercials on a loop. I was watching a show on my phone and a commercial came on. So I went to grab a cup of coffee. Once the show came back on, I paused. Coffee took longer than I thought, and my phone locked. A minute later, I went to go back to it and I had to re-watch all the commercials again. And it was a five-set one. And three of them were the same ad. I use it while Im away from home and its quite often, so I like to keep myself busy. However, Im no longer able to do so. The problems have hindered my viewing, and so, I must give this two stars.

So I downloaded this app today. And it worked just fine for the first 4 hours. Then all of the sudden the app would not load any shows no matter what show was being searched. I tried over cell data and over wifi at home and school. Please fix this I like being able to watch shows on my iPhone 6s.

This app is working just fine if you days ago and all of a sudden it just stops working. I love this app and I watches so much but Im going to delete it if it doesnt start acting right. Please get this fixed ASAP

it says sorry some areas are not working but you can still use the app you need to fix it please or do something to not make it do that i deleted it and redownload it thinking that was the problem but it was not it still says some areas are not working i and many others would like this glitch to be fixed.

I pay a lot of money to Comcast for poor internet, bad tv, always glitch in and freezing. Almost no phone service, and now the apps are always down. I must be nuts to pay these thieves!!!!!!

Now all the sudden Im missing all the action when Im away from home!!!! Are you kidding me!!!

Hire a competent team. This thing never works.

This has been working perfectly fine for over a year and today out of nowhere its not working!!! I need my shows loll
