Jesus Christ where to start? Would you prefer the app to never load or just crash every 45 seconds? Because with Xfinitis Watch No, you get BOTH.

Horrible

This app constantly crashes and send it over reports in the middle of movies and like programming and TV overall the app is very unreliable They dont care so plz dont waste your time

Update the App!!

App is use to be decent, as of lately (the last 4 months) its been all sorts of buggy and having horrific stability issues, Comcast please stop being cheap and update the app! Its playoff season

Annoyingly terrible

The app can barely play for more than 2 minutes before pausing or crashing and constantly fluctuates in quality, wish I could give this app 0 stars

To Many Ads....17 minutes of ads for 1 episode or tv show

The number of ads is terrible. If it crashes or you loose connection and you resume....right to more ads. There is no save feature so if you watch a show and do not finish. You have to fast forward through several minutes of ads. 3-4/ 60 minutes I get. 12-17 minutes is crazy. This app is great if you like to watch ads.

Frustrating

I like that I have all my show on one app to watch when I can. However, I am sick and tired on the error proxy message popping up in the middle of my shows to tell me to check my internet. My internet connection is fine. Please Xfinity, fix this mess. I have to exit the app and open it again to get my shows to work several times in one sitting. Its frustrating. Also please consider adding a chromecast extension.

It is a good app and I love that I can watch all the episodes to my favorite shows on my phone but the only thing is when I want to watch live it crash a lot I hope they can find a way to improve it other wise it is amazing

Cant project to Amazon Fire stick or Chromecast

What the hell?! So now I cant watch the channels I subscribe to using my Amazon Fire stick because all of the (several hundred) providers that allow this do not include Comcast. This just changed today. So I download the Xfinity app and there isnt a capability to project to a screen using Amazon Fire stick or Chromecast. Whats the opposite of customer service? Oh thats right- its "xfinity" or "Comcast". Cant wait till Google Fiber destroys your company.

Sh*tty cable rant

I am a big NBA fan. The playoffs are on. I work early in the morning and watch the games on my phone because my wife is sleeping and its too bright, blah blah whatever. FYI, I dont write any reviews. Ever. But this app pisses me off. The entire game will sometimes work. But once it gets down to the fourth quarter, WA LA, error after error. 6 seconds left of the second round with Miami playing Toronto. Miami was up, I think 3. Couldnt tell you. Error 100000:101000 happened. I did find out on the ESPN app that Toronto tied the game. Did I see it? Nope. Paying customer? Yup. And sure, why cant this guy just go downstairs and watch it on his television. Hes a paying customer, right? How about this. I have to wake up bright and early, work a 12 hour shift, just to afford the crappy cable network I have. All in all, I dont care if you fix the problem or not. NBA tv is a little over a hundred. Drop cable and save and I can afford NBA, NFL and NHL passes without dealing with the crap this and Fios has to offer. (Mic has been dropped, angry customer out bit**es)

Continuously gives errors when streaming, especially live TV channels.

Easy to use but...

App is great, easy to use and commercials are expected. Some of my favorite shows are not updated and the app doesnt even have the current season(NCIS-LA) as one example. Extremely frustrated because I cant watch on my phone or iPad!

Connection spotty

Unacceptable number of ads!!

Like many other reviewers, I am trying to watch a 45-minute show only to be bombarded with very, very repetitive commercials. Its so infuriating because if youre trying to watch the last part of the show, for example, you are forced to endure all the ads you "skipped" up to that point. Its just not worth it any more. In protest, I literally close my eyes and turn off the volume when the ads come on. This is basically abusive behavior on their part and completely unacceptable! If there were a reasonable number of commercials and they were relatively short and not repetitive, I would tolerate them, but its like they want to brainwash you!! On one show I saw the SAME ad for Dole Green Beans about 10 times and now I have vowed to never, ever buy Dole Green Beans in my life. This is the kind of thing that drives people to pirate content and I dont blame them! I thought regular old cable TV was bad, but this app just proves how greedy and evil a company can really be!

Constantly Freezes, Gives Error Messages

If this app would work more, itd be great. But its riddled with bugs, and other things that constantly stop video playback. I dont know how a company so large, who can afford to pay for the best application engineers, simply cant make a quality application. Another terrible UI/UX choice, showing me ONLY the logo of the channel when Im searching for content, instead of whats actually on the channel. Guessing game anyone?

Video playback issues

This app is essentially useless. The video stream constantly cuts out and takes forever to buffer. I have excellent internet speed (ironically through Comcast) and have no issues with other streaming apps. Also, Comcast wont let you AirPlay through appletv, what a joke.

Useless

When is your streaming crystal clear and nonstop? Commercials. When it comes to the actual live event/show? Completely and utterly useless. I guess it describes your company pretty thoroughly. Worthless. Ive been a paying Comcast customer since you guys WERE a company, but doesnt seem to register that customer service is something important to any of you. Just absolutely disgusting, worthless, useless people. Your lives are: playback error: 100000.101000

Im very disappointed with Comcast, it is extremely unreliable. The more popular the channel, the harder it is to establish a connection. All this app does is frustrate you.

Worst app and cable service ever!!

App keeps saying theyre having issues playing video. Its been weeks and this POS still wont work, dont even bother downloading it.
