This app consistently throws errors about one issue or another with the polite reminder that our team is working on it, or something to that effect. Being in the IT world, Its actually quite impressive the level of incompetence that had to go into the development of this app.

Havent been able to see live games this past 2 weeks because of some error codes or errors they are working on! This is the WORST company there is. Then i take the time to talk to a live representative through chat and cant fix it or dont answer!! Not to mention all the unexpected fees they always charge. If you have an alternative, take it!

Just like their service - ok when it works which is not often enough. Buggy, inconsistent and highly oversold. Error 7002 on everything most of the time. When will GOOGLE FIBER GET HERE so we CAN FIRE THEM

Wont let you sling to a TV; blocked use of Starz app.

The download feature stopped working - says "Paused" then never starts downloading. Xfinity should really be more proactive in keeping this App working properly.

I really like this app and I want to give it 5 stars, but Im sick and tired of watching Ads every time I watch my fav tv shows with this app. The worst part is that I cant skip the ads, I just have to sit there and watch it until its over. Give us an option to watch it or to skip it.

Every time I use this app I regret. Freezes all the time and terribly unreliable.

One of the most disappointing aspects of this app is the live television which I had hoped to keep in contact with business news.It constantly closes instead of launching and when you go back it tells you that you have exceeded your allocated number of signons.Useful for watching TV shows

I want to be able to stream videos on my tv from this app so I can watch on a bigger screen but I cant.

This hands down is the best streaming service from a cable provider

You cant simply watch a show without being interrupted and spammed by a gazillion advertisements selling you absolute s***. Comcant proves once again they are desperate and incompetent of marketing correctly. Im uninstalling the app, for the tiny amount of space it requires, its still a shame to have on your phone!

Freakin blows

Cannot watch any show/live tv for more than 2 minutes without an error message and closing the screen. Hasnt worked for the many months Ive had the app and xfinity has done nothing to fix it.

One day I have all access to the NBC network, then the next day I cant access it. But I can still look at Lifetime or Esquire. Other days I can watch AMC but not the next. Then itll unlock again a few days later. So irritant. Other than that its fine, I guess. The 3 and 1/2 minute commercial breaks are something to get use to but nothing to complain about (though glitches have made me sit through them twice...).

App crashes all the time, usually before ads run. During the program, the same ads run during every ad break. Sometimes the ads are for the show that you are watching. During one 60 minute show, you may watch the same ad six times--its maddening. What with the crashing and the mindless repetition I can barely stand it.

The app. works as advertised. You are able to watch xfinity OnDemand programs from anywhere you have LTE from my observation. The problem I have with the application is the "Clear All Bookmarks" button always visible on the bookmarks page. It makes it very easy to accidentally push. Please make this button only visible after you push the "Edit" button in the top right corner. This has become increasingly frustrating.

Not sure what the problem is, but nothing is streaming any more. Live or recorded. The data/video will not load at all.

This app does a good job, but not consistently. One day I could go & watch a whole basketball game with no troubles, but usually the app always tends to freeze up or takes 10 hours to load up & it gets super irritating. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
