Errors and dissatisfaction

When I first downloaded the app I was supremely satisfied with the service and speed off it now it seems like the highly viewed movies and shows wont even play or only play part before an error message comes across screen and absolutely stops my video so with that I have become instantly disappointed with this app after this constant problem
